Annex D — Product-specific terms

Where a rule is specific to one product, it is set out here, as Item I.1.4 of the Terms of Use states.

Channels: astrolumi.ai and WhatsApp. Delivery over WhatsApp is additionally subject to Meta’s terms. You may leave at any time by replying PARAR / STOP.
WhatsApp for under-18s: by explicit opt-in only, at limited frequency, never sent between 22:00 and 07:00 in the data subject’s time zone, and with no commercial content whatsoever.
Conversational engine: Google Gemini API.
Database: Ireland (EU).
Synastry and connections: Item II.3.4 / Item II.3.4 applies.
Processing started: 30/10/2025.

Journal, mood and dreams: sensitive content. For adults, under specific consent; for under-18s, with no secondary use at all.
Session recording: does not happen for under-18s. For adults, only with consent and never on the journal, mood, dream, stress or AI-conversation screens.
Store settlement: Soulloop LTD (UK); supplier and party responsible to the consumer: Soulloop Ltda (BR).
The age rating in the Apple and Google stores must reflect the minimum age of 13.
