How do I install the app?

You can download and install our app directly from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Just search for Soulloop and follow the installation instructions.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login screen, click on "Forgot my password". Follow the instructions to reset your password through your registered email.

How do I update my profile?

Contact Soulloop Support by email at support@soulloop.com and send us your request, your username, and your registration email. Through the app: Go to profile → More Options → Click on Account → Press the Delete Account button → Again Delete Account → Click Send.

I'm having technical problems. How can I get help?

How do I send feedback or suggestions?

We would love to hear your ideas! You can send your feedback by email to suporte@soulloop.com.

How do I deactivate notifications?

Go to "Settings" in the app and select "Notifications". Here, you can customize or disable notifications as per your preference.

How do I delete my account?

We will miss you! To delete your account, go to "Settings" and select "Delete Account". Follow the instructions to complete the process.

How do I cancel my subscription through the Apple Store (App Store)?

To cancel your subscription through the Apple Store: Open the Settings app on your iOS device. Tap your name at the top of the screen. Tap on "Subscriptions". You will see a list of your active subscriptions. Tap on the subscription you wish to cancel. Tap on "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Test". The subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. Note: If you don't find the "Subscriptions" option in the menu, it may be that you don't have active subscriptions or that you downloaded the app without making an in-app purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription through the Google Play Store?

To cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device. Tap the menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner. Select "Subscriptions". You will see a list of your active subscriptions. Tap on the subscription you wish to cancel. Tap on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.

What is the trial period and how does it work?

The trial period is a free testing phase that allows users to experience our app's premium features at no cost. Generally, this period lasts for 7 days, but it may vary depending on current promotions. During the trial, you will have full access to all premium features. However, at the end of the test period, your subscription will automatically be converted into a paid subscription unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the settings of the App Store or Google Play Store, as explained in the previous questions.

How do promotional codes from partnerships work?

We frequently establish partnerships with other companies and brands to offer exclusive promotional codes to our users. These codes may offer special discounts or access to premium features for a limited period. To use them, go to the "Settings" section in our app and enter the code in "Apply promotional code". Once validated, the discount or access will be automatically applied. Remember to check the terms and conditions associated with the code, as each promotion may have its own rules and limitations.
